Robin is a partner and also head of our Residential Department, He handles a wide ranging portfolio of residential property matters. He is also the current Chairman of the ESPC.

Partner - Haddington Office

Steve is a partner and is based in the Haddington Office. He is also departmental manager of our branches at Haddington and Currie. He mainly handles all aspects of residential property work including purchase, sale and remortgages, matrimonial conveyancing and residential leases.

Associate - Edinburgh Office

Diana is an associate in our Residential Conveyancing Department. She handles all aspects of residential property work and is also the Departmental Manager.

Associate - Currie Office

Pamela is an associate in our Residential Conveyancing Department, based in our Currie Office and is also a notary public. She deals with all aspects of residential property work including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, residential security work and residential leases.

Associate, Glasgow office

Alison handles all aspects of residential conveyancing including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, security work and residential leases.

Senior Solicitor - Edinburgh Office

Cheryl is a Senior Solicitors in our Residential Conveyancing Department, dealing in Residential Property and currently works with our Edinburgh Residential Property Team. She has over 14 years experience in the Residential Property Sector, including seven years working in our branch offices.

Paralegal - Currie Office

Carolyn is a paralegal in our Residential Conveyancing Department, based in our Currie office. She deals with all aspects of residential property work including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title and residential security work.

Paralegal - Haddington Office

Yvonne is a paralegal in our Haddington Office, dealing with all aspects of residential property work including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title and residential security work.

Yvonne has worked in the legal profession for many years and gained Paralegal Qualifications from Strathclyde University in Conveyancing and Wills and Executries.

Anne Taylor is a Paralegal in our Residential Property Department. She deals with all aspects of residential property transactions.

Property Manager - Edinburgh Office

Mike is the Property Manager in our Estate Agency Department, based in the Edinburgh office, but covering all of East and Central Scotland. He manages the sale of medium to upper market properties locally and on a national basis. He specializes in equestrian properties. He is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Assistant Property Manager, Edinburgh Office

Jayne is the Assistant Property Manager in our Estate Agency Department. She deals with all aspects of property sales including pre-sale valuations and marketing appraisals.

Property Sales Consultant/Negotiator - Edinburgh Office

Angela is our Property Sales Consultant/Negotiator in our Estate Agency department. She manages the status of all live properties, progressing to competitive closing date situations and the negotiation of offers until it is passed to the Conveyancing team for the legal process.

Property Administrator - Edinburgh Office

Lynsey is our Property Administrator in our Estate Agency Department. She is responsible for the preparation and administration of the launch and exposure of properties to the market. She takes pride in her experience of the production of bespoke and beautifully presented sales brochures allowing maximum market exposure.
